this is a post transaction. but i am really unhappy that i was misrepresented. the check-in front desk specifically told me that i am being upgraded to a Royal suite. But when i checked online, i found out that it was actually an ambassador suite. really disappointed that four seasons will misrepresent their customers.
Cotai will take you the ferry port in Macao very close to the hotel, and they have private 7 seaters luxury van shuttle service from there free of charge. Just waive to their staff and they will arrange a ride for you.
