il personale le è poco profesionale, è necessario pagare anticipatamente, la location è sull'incrocio e le camere molto rumorose, non ti anticipano che la colazione non è inclusa e per averla bisogna pagare quanto 3 colazioni fatte in piazza.

The website listed a free bottle of wine for rooms of 2 or more - no not delivered.
The Website lists this as a bed and breakfast but breakfast was not available, unless you were willing to pay more.
Free internet access was listed and this was available and was free but the access is not from the rooms. Internet access only works from the lobby.
The owners are not onsite 24x7.
The facility has 3 rooms on the ground floor and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner upstairs. The rooms are clean but tight and the shower stall is incredibly small. Once the toilet paper ran out we had to buy more from the shops in town. We were there 4 nights. The rooms do not have blow dryers, irons, cups for water, basically you get a bed and a shower.
The biggest issue though was safety. The rooms are accessed with a real metal key on a key-chain which is okay but the front door to the lobby requires the key to enter and exit and this is the only door in or out of the building. So in an emergency you have to use a key to unlock the front door to exit.

This B&B is located at a street corner and the rooms (at least those at the ground floor, which we were given) are extremely noisy because of the constant flow of passing cars.
When we arrived, the owner gave us a cold and unfriendly welcome. Once we were in our rooms, we noticed that there was no hot water in the showers and had to complain to have it (after at least half an hour waiting). The owner did not talk to us at all during our short stay and then, on the day we were leaving, even complained with us because we packed our baggages and then went for a walk into the center of Monreale without taking them out of the rooms into our car (although we had the right to leave the rooms at noon!). He said this would have allowed him to have the rooms cleaned earlier. We would have certainly done that, had he been a better (and pleasant) person to communicate with......
