酒店設施非常好，所有房間帶私人泳池，兒童入住免費，性價比非常高。酒店沙灘細膩，海景無遮擋，碼頭處浮潛魚很多，是度假的好去處，建議選擇。

第一次來馬代，出機場后安排了接機服務，轉內飛機時間很長，但是給安排了舒適的等待室。出發時也有負責幫忙託運行李的工作人員，服務很好。內飛機抵達后還要做快艇，除了開的太快，頭暈想吐意外，服務還行，一直關心我們。終於到達酒店碼頭后，酒店的經歷及我們的管家接待了我們。雖然起初覺得管家mango溝通起來有困難，但是後來彼此的發音越來越熟悉...更多

我們住了兩晚沙灘房、兩晚水上別墅，沙灘房相對大一些，出門就是沙灘，走兩步就是大海，景色沒的說，陽光沙灘海，超乎想象得美好，隱私保護的相對較好，房屋比較清潔，設施齊全，房間里的泳池個人感覺沒大用。海上別墅的景觀要更好，放眼望去是一望無際的海，乾淨而美好，可以直接下海，就是離吃飯的地方有點兒遠，不過可以騎自行車過去，自行車有些厚重，...更多

總體體驗是很好的,但是中間也有一些不和諧,甚至令人憤怒的事件發生,而你們的中文員工往往很難找到,若溝通上出現問題的話.不推薦中國人去你們的酒店!

服務很好，接待很周到，遇到問題解決很及時，收費公開透明，就是有點貴，希望精品店開門時間久一點，不然還差八分鐘時候就想讓我們離開

Thank you for your interest shown towards our wonderful Island Resort. As requested we have answered your queries to the best of our ability.
1: The types of over Water Villas are the the Sunrise Water Villa and the Sunset Water Villa, and they are no longer called the Ocean Villa & Water Villa. Nevertheless the layout of the rooms are exactly the same, with the only difference being the view from the rooms. As the name suggests the Sunrise Water Villa will provide you with magnificent view of the Sunrise and the Sunset Water Villa coupled with the view of the uninterrupted open water, will give you a magnificent sunset experience.
2: All of our rooms are structured in a way to provide our guests with the level of privacy that they desire. However, we are always willing to take any special requests in order to ensure that you have a memorable experience with us at JA Manafaru.
3: We provide our guest (Honeymooner’s) with the following extra benefits/amenities so as to make their visit to the Island all the more special;
(Minimum stay of 4 nights). Available within 6 month of marriage and a valid proof needs to be provided.
• Special setup of scented bath
• One Bottle of Champagne during the stay.
• One selected excursion (chosen by the hotel)
• Romantic turndown service cocktails, canapés and homemade chocolates
