我们于2019年四月下旬在拉玛萨别墅酒店度过美好的一周时光。酒店位于美丽的托斯卡纳乡下，但从酒店乘坐奔驰班车去佛罗伦萨，15分钟就到。班车每小时有一班，准时快速。在佛罗伦萨奔波了一天后，很高兴可以在酒店露台上边喝酒放松边欣赏阿诺河风光。酒店服务卓越。酒店礼宾乐于助人，帮我们安排出入机场的交通以及比萨观光游项目。 Il Verrocchio餐厅食物美味，服务卓越。我们也很喜欢去Trattoria la Gargotta用餐，从酒店打的去该餐厅，五分钟就到。

这座令人惊叹的别墅距离佛罗伦萨市中心只有10分钟的车程，那里有起伏的山丘和宁静的气氛。这些房间很大，有大型的现代化浴室。窗户外面的景色都是托斯卡纳和阿诺河的群山。酒店的酒吧有很棒的调酒师，还有非常可口的美食。这里的庭院非常大，可以在里面散步。非常期待下一次的到来。

他们对顾客的饮食要求不怎么上心。我的妻子差点乳糖中毒，虽然她说过她对乳糖过敏。他们似乎不在乎，也懒得麻烦。真是太可惜了，这里可是佛罗伦萨群山中的绝佳位置。

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on TripAdvisor, your comments are very much valued. I paid special attention to your comments regarding the dietary needs at our Restaurant "Il Verrocchio". I was very surprised to learn about the inconvenience experienced as all of our employees are regularly trained. They are very sensitive to dietary requirements in order to comply with our operational standards and to satisfy Guests' expectations. Nevertheless, an additional briefing was organized to all new members of staff in order to avoid embarrassing situations with our valued Guests. Yes, they do.
I would like to inform you that all rooms and public areas have air conditioning. Despite high temperatures in Florence the airconditioning is working effectively throughout the Villa.

Daily starts at 9 am till 12.30 pm, and from 15 pm till 19.30 pm.
