I must admit i was a little disappointed by your review. We are actually in the process of going into every guest room to ensure it is 'perfect' for future guests. It is a shame you feel let down on this occassion.
I was most bemused by your comments regarding our in house White Spot Restaurant. I am sincerely sorry if you felt the food was not up to standards. White Spot is an extremely popular restaurant chain across BC and much care and attention is taken by the head office selecting the menu and adhering to quality control.
If you do return to Vancouver in the future i would love for you to contact myself directly so i can ensure your next stay is far more memorable for all the right reasons.
