顯示較少我們被安排在了103號房,經過3小時的旅程后,我的妻子非常想去衛生間。但令我們驚訝的是,馬桶不太乾淨,裏面還有臟東西。我的妻子拒接使用這裏的馬桶,然後打電話給接待處。接待員Lisa說她會馬上派清潔工進行打掃,15分鐘后,我的妻子又一次打電話,然後清潔工才出現。她用了不到2分鐘清理了馬桶,之後就離開了。但馬桶上的污漬還在,我和我的妻子都很生氣。馬桶邊上還有血漬沒有清理乾淨。接待處的Laila樂於助人,她對我們的情況感同身受,表示自己也不會使用這個馬桶,然後她將我們換到了105號房,那裡的馬桶要乾淨一些,但房間整體的衛生情況依然不達標。105號房的垃圾桶也有血跡,房間的窗帘上也有褐色污漬。洗手台的下水管也被堵塞了。我們經常去外面旅行,無論是經濟型酒店,還是奢華型酒店,都沒有看到過一家比這裏更骯髒的酒店。我們對這裏很不滿意,因為兩個房間都達不到我們對諾富特酒店的預期。
I was sorry to learn that your experience upon arrival in your bedroom did not meet your expectations on this occasion Muhammed in particular the housekeeping and tardiness to respond to your concern which has prompted you to give an overall rating on both Google and Tripadvisor of just 1/5, please accept my sincere apologies. Although, I understand once your wife had alerted us to the issue, Kelly - Housekeeping team member swiftly attended your room and upon completing the task verified your satisfaction therefore, it was disappointing to hear you were still unhappy with the situation resulting in allocating another room to which we understood that you were completely happy with the alternative solution. 我們來布里斯托爾探親,在這裏已經住過4次了,從來沒有失望過。大堂區域寬敞又迎客。工作人員總是彬彬有禮,樂於助人。房間乾淨,寬敞,床單和毛巾很好,淋浴設施也不錯,很像樣。自助早餐特別棒!期待我們的下次入住。

我們在這裏的時候,街上已經有人在附近施工。我感覺不是很方便,不過這裏的房間非常的乾淨,自助餐也十分好吃,工作人員熱情,銀行附近就是泳池,值得推薦!

I was also disappointed that you were not made aware of the In Balance facilities of the Gym, Sauna and steam room however, I can confirm that there is no swimming pool here at the Novotel Bristol Centre ? 從倫敦過來度過了一個短暫的周末。酒店很不錯,接受小狗進入,這點很贊。位置離火車站很近,但是因該區正在建設中,環境不是那麼太好。房間靠近公交站台,所以整晚有聲響。他們會讓你簽署一份古怪的“狗”政策,然後告訴你要照顧好你的狗。我本想給該酒店五星,但是他們沒有告訴我必須把狗放屋外多久以及怎麼做這個怎麼做那個。其他的話,酒店還是不錯的。把你愚蠢的狗狗表格扔進垃圾箱吧,因為並不是多有狗主人都會製造問題解決問題!
Thanks for your feedback Tony, glad that you had a great stay. I will review the dog friendly procedures with my team as this is most unusual feedback however, recently we have encountered several guests leaving their dogs alone for a long period of time which, I am sure your will agree with me as a dog lover myself, this has been both stressful to both the pet and also my team when trying to service the bedrooms. I would like to stay this was an isolated incident as most dog owners are very responsible but it is becoming more and more common. 酒店的位置很好,職員熱情,房間舒適,浴室很好。缺點:早餐是涼的。我們剛度假回來,對這裏還算滿意,只是外面正在進行道路工程。酒店附近有很多酒吧,例如Fishmarket酒吧就不錯。酒店停車方便,僅需10英鎊一晚。早餐選擇很多。酒吧有各種美酒,服務熱情。謝謝您們,會再來的。
