這家酒店被歸類為“殘障友好”的酒店，但事實上恰恰相反:過道非常狹窄，輪椅很難穿過；輪椅也推不進房間的浴室(浴室里有一個很大的階梯)。去自助餐廳么只有樓梯，而且那個超級狹小的電梯也壞了！！

Firstly and as mentioned during your stay among us, we beg your pardon and wish you will accept our deepest apologies for the very unpleasant and unexpected experience spent in our first hotel. We sincerely understand your disappointment due to a succession of unfortunate events which occurred during your stay among us and made our hotel, normally able to welcome people with reduced mobility, unsuitable to properly welcome you. Rest assured that we have taken measures to make sure this situation won’t happen again. We sincerely hope the solutions found as well as the second hotel allocated to you by our team allowed you to spend a more comfortable stay in Paris. 我和女兒於2019年7月3日至7月11日在愛思得棕櫚酒店住了八晚。去巴黎旅行，你不能找到一個更好的地方了。工作人員（尤其是Claudia）非常樂於助人，彬彬有禮。酒店是感覺安全的、乾淨的，靠近Cadet地鐵站。周邊地區似乎很安全。

我丈夫，22個月大的女兒，和我一起住了4晚。從我們走進來的那一刻起，在早餐和清晨結賬時，所有的員工都很友好和樂於助人。房間乾淨舒適，早餐有很多選擇，美味可口。步行去地鐵和附近的好餐館很容易。下一次旅行我們還會住這裏。

4月的時候，我們來這住了三晚。我住在一樓，孫女和兒媳婦住在5樓，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，面積正好。唯一的問題是加熱系統太熱了，如果有個風扇就完美了。早餐種類豐富，有好多可供選擇，是我們在歐洲住過的酒店裡最好的。這的地理位置也很棒，走路15分鐘就能到巴黎北站，10分鐘能到自助洗衣店和地鐵站，附近還有很多小店和咖啡廳。酒店的員工樂於助人，不管是入住還是退房，都辦理的流暢簡單。
