我們在酒店住了3個晚上,慶祝我們的結婚紀念日。儘管酒店方面已經告訴我不會有特別對待,但是無論如何,還是有點令人失望。我也是美利亞酒店的黃金會員,但是從入住到退房,絲毫沒有感到自己受到重視。大多數工作人員樂於助人,但是有一小部分人做的不好。房間很好,朝向大海景色很美,還有一個可愛的酒吧區。“等級(The Level)”休息室還可以,但有時得不到適當的維護。總的來說,這是一次愉快的住宿,但酒店方面的努力本可以讓這段經歷變得更好。早餐很不錯,無可挑剔。我們會再來,但希望這裏的服務水平和方法能夠繼續改進。

We are very pleased to see that you have enjoyed your overall experience in our hotel and that you are likely to visit us again. However we are more than sorry to see that you were not fully satisfied by your stay, since it does not reflect the usual experience among us.

In reference to the Gold member benefits I inform you that just the Platinum members have some guaranteed benefits, and always depending on the availability of the hotel.

友好、專業且非常有幫助的服務 - Beatriz Galiza每天早上在早餐(許多美食可選)時都給予我們優質的服務。茫茫的大海、天空還有巴塞羅那美妙的全景展現在我們眼前,既輕鬆又安靜,着實為我們的假期增添了樂趣。所有大型景點都可以通過一流的公共交通系統(附近有地鐵、巴士和電車)輕鬆抵達。

和家人在這裏住了3晚,老實說還算不錯。辦理入住很輕鬆,坐着喝了一杯卡瓦酒。房間里能看到美麗的海景和市景,很舒服。我們遇到的所有員工都非常友好和樂於助人。早餐一流,各種口味供你選擇,全天提供免費的小吃和飲料,這才是真正的享受。老實說,我不太理解網上那些負面的意見,我會推薦這家酒店,下次來還會住在這裏。

很棒的酒店。房間很不錯,員工一流。很棒的入住體驗,但四個電梯中只有兩個可以正常工作。電梯的開放程度還不錯,但有限的控制權意味着任何人都能使用電梯服務。。。我認為電梯的開放程度不應該與酒店的其它管理脫節。我建議像其它酒店一樣,為酒店房客提供電梯刷卡服務,以便讓他們可以使用私人電梯。

We are very pleased to see that you have enjoyed your experience at The Level. We are glad to know that you liked the services proposed by our institution, and that you noticed the kindness of our staff.

We are very sorry for the waiting time caused by a sporadic technical issue of our elevators, but we had to do this maintenance work in order to ensure the safety of our guests. I would like to inform you that at this moment all of our four elevators works properly.

Concerning your observation about the Level Lounge, be sure that I have transmitted your comments to the department in charge, in order to improve the quality of our services.

We are hoping to see you very soon among us in our hotel.

参觀巴塞羅那非常愉快,酒店非常現代化,以及人性化的服務,我們很享受這次旅遊。在高峰時段,早餐可能會有點擁擠,員工可能會不堪重負。房間非常現代化和舒適,在24層和25層提供飲料和小吃,方便聊天顧客和放鬆。很棒的體驗!

一家不錯的酒店,僅此而已,當然也不是五星級酒店,離所有地方都很遠,一個相對好的房間和豐富的早餐。價格較貴,如果便宜點這裡會是一家好酒店。
