It is true the next metro station is in Plaza España, not more than 10 minutes away from our hotel but in Gran Via you can also find lots of buses lines that takes you to the main Station, City Centre, etc...

I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with the AC in your room. We have a maintenance service to fix this type of incidets daily, I understand that it was solved the same day.
I really regret the inconveniences you had during the night about the noise. It is true we had piped music in all common areas which must be off during the night. You can always call the reception which is open 24 hrs if you have any incident during the night.
Pool was closed on the beginning of October till next summer season ( starting in April 2019 ). Weather has not being good during september and october with lots of rains and and we closed it at the beginning of the month because it was necessary to start repairing the area .
I really regret the bad impression you had about our establishment and apologises if the closing of the pool was an inconvinience during your stay.
