我們很喜歡住在這裏。員工很友好很有幫助。房間很大,浴室也一樣。乾淨得很完美。我們的房間有一個陽台,景色也不錯,可以看到廣場。我們定了浪漫房間套餐,我們甚至還得到了迎賓飲料。酒店裡還有一家很好的餐廳。位置很完美,所有東西都在幾步遠的地方。我們下次來馬德里的時候會再次住在這裏的。

我們在馬德里的這段時間里,這個地方非常適合我們。我們睡得很好,早餐也物有所值。這裏離你想要的一切都很近,購物、餐館、地鐵、公園還有夜生活。下次我們肯定還會選擇住在這裏。

我們在馬德里停留期間住的很棒的酒店。工作人員非常友好。前台非常熱心幫助我們預訂晚餐。房間很乾凈,雙層床很適合我們的2個孩子。位置處於市中心,讓我們在停留馬德里的短暫時間里得以遊覽觀光。我們只住了一晚,但總的來說住店體驗完美。馬德里有好幾家這樣的酒店,所以請確保您打車的時候地址別搞錯了!

酒店位於格蘭維斯街和索爾廣場之間很方便的位置。員工很友好,房間乾淨整潔。一開始我們只訂到一個很小的房間(我認為兩個成年人住這裏空間太狹小,這是個2-3星級酒店),在和工作人員交涉后,他們把我們改到標準間(他們說幫我們昇級了,但在我看來像是一個4星級標準的普通房間)。早餐提供各種各樣的食物。特別推薦,因為這座酒店的位置和早餐。

Vanesa做的早餐是我所吃過最棒的!她非常熱愛自己的工作,併為製作最美味,最健康的水果/酸奶飲料而感到自豪。她是一位真正的藝術家!這裏的水果,奶酪,肉類,麵包系列等都非常出色!此外,這還有各種各樣的新鮮堅果,菜籽,乾果和新鮮水果可以放入酸奶中。卡門廣場連鎖酒店的早餐非常好(我們在這住了4天),Vanessa把餐廳的標準提昇到了新的層次,她真的很了不起!

我們是深夜到的,住在101房。這房間就一個衣櫃大小,床被夾在兩堵牆之間,所以都沒辦法從兩邊上下床。淋浴房也是普通的那種,完全不是它承諾的那樣。我們跟酒店投訴了,但被告知沒有其它空房。第二天,我們再次投訴之後,他們給我們換了個好一點的房間,淋浴房也是像網站上承諾的那樣。然而,毛巾薄得像紙一樣,用起來感覺像砂紙。員工也就還行,早餐和地理位置挺好。簡而言之,稱不上4星。

Thank you very much for your valuable time and feedback regarding your experience in our hotel.
I am very grateful for your positive comment about the excellent location, breakfast and staff services.
However, I am deeply sorry that we have not fully met your expectations, since we work very hard every day in order to be capable of fulfilling our guests’ expectations so their stay is a pleasant one. Therefore, I apologise if this has not been the case.
I would also like to thank you for email, as every comment and feedback provided by our guests helps us improve and provide a better service. I can assure you that it will be forwarded to our quality department.
Since our hotel is located in the centre of Madrid, where buildings are old, its rooms have a limited space and cannot be the same size as in other hotels accross the world. Even this being the case, we kindly inform you that we do have superior rooms which are of a bigger size than the standard ones, and we are certain that these can suit your preferences best.
I must admit that it comes to me as a surprise that our showers have not met your expectations, since we are currently working on refurbishing our bathrooms and, as you have been able to notice, only three of our rooms in the entire hotel do have a hydromassage shower. Nevertheless, the following day we were able to provide the expected room.
I kindly remind you that our Front desk is open 24 hours a day so all of our guests can be assisted at any time they need so. Since we managed your change of room, we would have also tried to find towels that could have suited you better. Nevertheless, I will speak to our supplier and look further into this matter.
If you ever decide to give us a second chance, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will personally make sure that you enjoy your stay with us to its fullest.

Once again, I apologise for not having fully met your expectations.
