One of our key and most valuated points is cleanliness of our rooms. Unfortunately as per your comments we did not meet our standards. Please feel free to contact me with your stay details, so we can investigate this deeply.
Regarding the shuttle to IFEMA, we do offer a daily complimentary service, which is very convenient to reach the venue in a few minutes. No shuttle to the airport is offered though but it takes less than 10 minutes in a taxi or car.
I will share your comments regarding the breakfast with the appropriate hotel team. We are following the Brand Standard as a Marriott hotel.
