We are truly sorry to read that you were in trouble with the hot water in the room. We always suggest notifying the reception in order to make the maintenance team work on it and figure out the issue as quickly as possible. If the problem persists, we immediately propose our guests to change the room and to find a more suitable accomodation.
As far as the breakfast meal is concerned, the buffet is constantly replenished on the basis of the hotel occupancy in order to guarantee the same selection of food regardless of the timing. We will pass your comments onto the restaurant team so that they will look into the issue and understand what actually happened.
Hopefully we will have the chance to welcome you back in the next future should you decide to return to Rome.
