1. 空氣不流通, 秋冬天酒店關空調, 可是空氣很不流通, 我覺得呼吸困難
2. 很多蟲子, 不是酒店的錯, 是那區很多蟲子, 因為空氣不流通, 令我嘗試打開窗, 一開窗發現窗都是甲蟲
3. 沒有餐廳, 只有一個小cafe, 而且嚴重人手不足, 員工都忙到口黑面黑. 整個cafe只有一個人工作. 食物只有不飽的三文治和salad.

We ended up renovating all the hotel’s room in June 17, so now the hotel is totally new, fresh,
modern and has a new atmosphere, always in line with the Novotel standard.
We love when our guests show to us their appreciation about the cozy atmosphere that the hotel is able to convey!
