在我最近的商務旅行中,我有幸住在這家酒店。 酒店附近有許多歷史悠久的景點區,地理位置優越。並且酒店經過了全面翻新,非常漂亮。 它有一個美麗的屋頂酒吧,那裡能夠觀賞到城市日落的迷人景色。 酒店的餐廳不太理想。 菜品質量一般,上菜時間太長。 這和早餐區不同,那邊服務非常好。 好消息是附近還有很多優秀的餐館。 這家酒店價格相當昂貴,但如果你想要一個更高雅和服務至上型的酒店,這裡是一個很好的選擇。

thank you for having stayed with us and for your kind review: we are happy to know that we positively contributed to your stay in Florence.
I am sorry you did not fully enjoy our restaurant and apologize for any long wait you have suffered. As to our cuisine, I would like to say that our young chef Tommaso Calonaci (26) is very creative and proposes dishes out of the ordinary, matching different flavors in order to please and surprise our guests. We understand that this approach cannot meet everyone’s taste and we are glad to you and those who share their opinion with us in order to improve our restaurant offer. Sure enough there is plenty of alternatives also very close to the hotel, from the simplest trattoria to the most refined 3 Michelin stars restaurants. Our concierge will be there to guide you in your choice and arrange reservations for you.
We hope to have you back with us soon and that you will give our chef a second chance: the menu is constantly changes with the season and you will find quite a different choice.

糟糕的第一印象!當我們帶着沉重的背包在22小時不眠的國際旅行之後,在入住辦理時間到達酒店,我們遇到了一位非常傲慢的前台服務小姐。她20分鐘毫無進展,一直和她的同事用意大利語反覆交談,顯然是關於我們辦理入住的事。我們解釋說我們筋疲力盡,只想趕緊拿到我們的房間鑰匙。最終我們問出了什麼問題,並3次要求對話經理,都無濟於事。顯然我們預定的房間還沒有準備好。然後我們被送到一個儲藏室一樣的地方,他們稱之為房間,這裏每晚500美元是完全不可接受的。嚴重缺乏服務精神。對彌涅瓦的這個第一印象持續了很長時間。

I am terribly sorry that you had such a bad experience at check in. Please accept my apologies for this inconvenience which caused such a bad start to your stay with us. I have enquired with my staff, and I believe we managed to locate the episode you describe. If my records are correct, you arrived at the hotel at around 3pm which as you state, our check in time. Unfortunately, for a series of unlucky circumstances the room we had assigned to you (a Deluxe Double, as booked) was not ready at the moment. Our Front Office Manager, Mrs. Margherita Gugliuzza, who actually assisted you once Laura (the maiden who first welcomed you) reported to her the situation, gave you access to another room, of a lower category and smaller than what you booked, to refresh and relax a bit after your long journey, while the cleaning staff was finishing your room, which occurred at 4pm, one hour later. This smaller room (205) was chosen also in consideration of its being right next to your room (206), in order to minimize moving time and inconvenience. What I would like to underline is that our staff, if my records are correct, have not tried to downgrade you to a lower room type but just did what they thought best given this unfortunate situation and made clear from start that room 205 was not going to be your definite accommodation. I perfectly understand first impressions are of crucial importance, but at the same time hope that the rest of your 2 nights stay was fairly satisfactory and that, more importantly, it did not spoil the visit of our beautiful city.
I sincerely hope you will want to give us a second chance whenever back in Florence and I would be more than happy to be contacted directly in order to offer you a special treatment.

迄今為止我們在意大利住過的最愛的酒店。非常有風格很奢華。前台的Simone各方面業務熟練,給予了我們熱情的接待,家庭房對我們一家四口來說很完美。夜裡很安靜,正是我們需要的,打開窗戶就能看到繁忙的廣場。頂樓泳池的景色很贊。飲料不可思議的貴,所以我們沒有在這裏喝任何東西,廣場上有大概20個地方可以選擇,所以不需要在這裏花錢。我的女兒有乳糜瀉,早餐廳的服務員maître接待了她,並詢問她今天的雞蛋想要怎麼做!早餐可能是我見過的最好的。超贊。如果我可以的話,我想給這家酒店6顆星。

作為在佛羅倫薩的“完美居住地”。步行2分鐘就能到達聖瑪麗亞諾維拉火車站、大教堂、塞格尼奧拉廣場、龐特維奇奧大教堂。你可以通過步行去享受到佛羅倫薩著名的景點。房間是乾淨的,不是那麼寬敞。這裡有一個屋頂遊泳池,在那裡你可以放鬆一下,晒晒太陽,喝上一杯直到深夜。早餐很豐盛,工作人員很樂於助人,很出色。我們將會回來,強烈推薦。

這家酒店不便宜,但它很漂亮,別緻,時尚,位置也非常適合参觀佛羅倫薩的所有景點。早餐很好,酒店很乾凈,工作人員樂於助人,周圍一切都讓人感覺很愉快。我們的房間很寬敞,裝修風格時尚,而且有很給力的空調。遊泳池是加分項,非常受歡迎。唯一不好的就是我們在屋頂酒吧喝了雞尾酒,一杯新加坡司令,要20歐元,但兌了水,令人失望。20歐元(我不介意付這個價錢),我覺得應該可以喝到一杯好的雞尾酒了,而不是很低濃度的酒或是低酒精的果汁。

Please accept my apologizes for the quality of your Singapore Slings. I think we located your stay in our system and we had the chance to talk to our staff working on that night. Unfortunately our chef bartender was not there on that night, but in the meantime he had the chance to revise the correct preparation of your cocktail.

I hope you will visit us again in the future and that you will give our rooftop bar a second chance.
