我在這裏住了4晚。總結如下：1）工作人員：很好。前台接待-一直积極提供幫助，一直很友善還給了不少推薦，如訂餐廳之類的。5分。2）早餐：擺盤精美，服務友善，冷餐選擇不多，但任何含蛋的菜都能預定然後現做。4分。3）房間：讓我很失望。房間太小了；廁所藏在一個1平方米的“房間”里，沒有通風設施！浴室和卧室基本上就是同一間房，只不過用一個移動的木板隔開了。意思就是呢，當你走進房間，你要先進到浴室，穿過去才能到卧室。我們這次住的房間是107，就在酒吧區的下面——這就意味着你可以整晚“享受”人們在你樓上走來走去（我最喜歡穿高跟鞋的女士了！！），傢具被拖來拖去（聲音也很棒了），還能聽到上面傳來不間斷的音樂。綜合考慮那麼小的房間和樓上不間斷的聲音轟炸，再好的裝修也沒用。1分，最多了。4）地理位置-不錯，周邊有很多餐廳和店鋪。所以，總的來說：這是一家不錯的酒店，但房間的絕對低於標準水平，不值得我們付出去的錢。建議選一間離右翼或者左翼遠一點的房間，避開樓上傳來的聲音。

As for your overall experience we regret to hear that you didn't like your room. 這家酒店可以看到超棒的 Lisbon的風光，大概是你能用錢買到的最好的欣賞位置。房間也很棒，設施優良（ B&O 電視，電話等），還可以看到Lisbon的秀麗風光（比如Valverde酒店）。但如果要成為Lisbon的最佳酒店，我認為還需達到一些期望。禮賓服務，例如預定餐飲，有待改進。其次，早餐的品種和品質一般。還有提昇的空間。

We kindly thank you for your review at TripAdvisor which is essential for us. We are glad you had an enjoyable stay at memmo Príncipe Real. We are also pleased that you were impressed with the property – our top-notch designed rooms and the breath-taking views of Lisbon. Nevertheless, we regret that your concierge experience was not the one your expected, as well as the variety and quality of our breakfast, which by no means reflect our usual service level and is contradictory to our records. It will be a pleasure to welcome you again in the future.

這家酒店位置絕佳，在這裏可以欣賞到美麗的風景。酒店員工很出色。食物、雞尾酒都很棒。床很舒適。步行即可到達想去的各個地方。我都已經說了這麼多了，還能說什麼才能湊足200字呢？如果你要去的話，一定要参觀一下貝倫修道院，還要多吃幾個蛋撻哦。
