排名第一穩穩的

我們家在酒店訂了一個頂層豪華公寓。它提供多張床和一張摺疊沙發。單人浴室有點煩人，但還不錯。員工超級好。如果租車的話，找個停車位是個明智的選擇。地理位置很好，可以步行到城市的主要景點。酒店排名第一是毫無疑問。

還算不錯的酒店 但退房時間有些問題 房間也有點冷

黑珍珠公寓酒店的地理位置很好，房間內有些冷，如果能放一個便攜加熱器會好得多。酒店的服務手冊上說退房時間是早上11點，可我離開那天酒店經理髮來的郵件說退房時間是早上10點，超時后每小時要加收900冰島克朗，這讓我們感覺有些不開心。

Thank you for the review. However, it looks like you have posted this to the wrong property. Our brochure states check out time is noon and we do not offer a paid late check out as we are unable to guarantee this. I have been abroad for the past week and have had no access to my emails to send any during this time. Any informational emails come directly from our system and not from the manager email account. Could it be that you stayed in an apartment in 18A, which does not belong to Black Pearl, but is in the same building as us? Either way, we do hope you enjoyed your time in Iceland.

在雷克雅未克的一個很棒的住宿的地方！

這家酒店非常棒。實際上與酒店相比更像是一家裝修精美的公寓，因此我們訂了一間巨大的1BR公寓，裏面有一個設備齊全的廚房和客廳，非常豪華，非常棒。它還允許你做飯和在冰箱里放食物，考慮到冰島的食物很貴，這點很好。員工超級樂於助人，最重要的是，酒店的位置非常棒！完美的位置。如果你去冰島，這家酒店就是你要住的地方！

冰島一日遊的絕佳基地

黑珍珠是一個很好的地方。公寓設備齊全，舒適明亮，工作人員樂於助人。位置優越，離港口不到一個街區，步行可至這座偉大的雷克雅未克城市的所有最佳景點！ 離開讓我很難過。那裡的每個人都對我們很好!

為什麼會有一個2星級評價？

所以，這是一個五星級的住宿地點。那麼為什麼會在這裏入住了三晚之後給它一個2星級的評價呢？一個這樣的地方怎麼能向紅酒收取正常價格的4.9倍的價錢呢，這是一種粗暴又貪婪的行為。如果你沒有注意到賬單，你會收到一個非常不愉快的驚喜。那為什麼他們這樣做呢？有趣（我在打開任何東西之前，為了安全起見注意到了這點）請看看附圖。很棒的地方，很酷的公寓，但是迷你酒吧是騙人貨，所以還是選擇另外一個地方入住吧。

Thank you for choosing to stay at Black Pearl and for taking the time to share your review on TripAdvisor. We are sorry to hear that you found our minibar price list to be expensive. We have used your feedback to review the pricing of our minibar and have found that our prices are comparable to that of other hotels in the area. Unfortunately, the levels of tax in Iceland can be quite high for some minibar items and this of course has to be reflected in the price and we are unable to reduce the price of these items. We do have a full mini bar price list in the room folder for guests to look at before choosing to purchase an item. I am, however, very happy to hear that you liked the apartments and I would like to thank you for sharing your pictures for other guests to see.
