Dear Amy - thank you for taking the time to complete this review and we were so sorry to hear that your stay was not all it should have been. Please accept our most sincere apologise for the noise from other guests however due to our location we are unable to control the traffic noise etc to a great degree. We are looking at measures such as installing blackout curtains in our apartments which would assist with blocking the noise to some degree. With regards to the charge for car parking we do advise this on all sites and will review so it is clear. We are also in the process of placing quilts on all beds in the main bedroom. We apologise for the fact that it takes so long for the security deposit to be refunded but it actually the banks that hold that money and some banks are very slow to release the funds.

Dear Marniab - Thank you very much for taking the time to complete this survey. We do appreciate your feedback as without this we are unable to maintain and indeed improve our levels of service. We have reviewed our wi-fi connection and it is now much better. With regards to the noise from other guests - please accept our sincere apologies and we have also looked at what we can do to prevent this happening as much.

We are very lucky with the size of our apartments and the large spa baths! Our location at the bottom end of Cavill Avenue is also great.
