我第一次去阿德萊德旅行就住在這裏,從2018年九月23日到26日。下午1點左右,我提前辦理了登記入住。房間很漂亮,在14層,景色很好。作為金卡會員,他們還贈送給我免費的葡萄酒。早餐很好。我問前台的一位女士如果可能的話,是否可以使用行政酒廊。幾分鐘后,她就讓我使用了。禮賓部的庫爾特也幫了我不少忙,我去漢多夫旅行的時候,多虧他給我推薦了一些餐廳。如果再來阿德萊德,我會再來這裏的。

I am delighted that you enjoyed your first trip to Adelaide and you had the opportunity to explore some interesting sites. I am also pleased that you were happy with your allocated room and the breakfast was to your liking. Access to the Executive Lounge is certainly an added bonus with complimentary drinks and canapes served in the evenings and a continental breakfast served in the mornings and I am pleased you enjoyed this benefit. We have a great team and I appreciate your positive comments regarding the service you received from Kurt during your stay. I will be sure to share your feedback with him personally.

為了開會預定了這座酒店。負責入住的工作人員彬彬有禮,但是我們等了很久才最後入住。房間大小不錯。床很舒服,有不同的枕頭可以選擇。房間里還有一台舊式小型電視機,有一台遙控,但已經用不了了。這沒有達到酒店其他固定設施的相同標準。酒店沒有免費的wifi,要上網會產生額外的費用。浴室很現代化,花灑頂噴很棒,洗澡體驗很好。廁所離地面的高度很低。酒店餐廳的晚餐很好吃,吃的是鹿肉和摩頓灣小龍蝦。早餐非常好,品種繁多、新鮮。大多數工作人員非常友好,但是還是與取決於哪一天。有些人很粗魯。請酒店服務員停車每天會產生額外費用,並且取車還需要時間。坐電車去商業中心和娛樂區十分方便,並且免費。公園裡的風景很棒。

I am happy that you were generally pleased with the standard of service during your stay. We are in the process of making some improvements to the guest areas of the hotel. This is being carried out in sections to reduce the disturbance throughout the hotel. We do offer complimentary WiFi to Hilton Honors guests. It is free to join and can be completed on-line. The Executive Chef and his team take great care in serving a high quality product and I am delighted that you were happy with the variety and freshness of the dishes.

2018年8月因公出差,我在這裏入住了一個晚上。我從美國到澳大利亞,感覺很累,需要好好睡一覺。大約凌晨兩點左右,我能聽到隔壁房間里的電視聲音,這種情況持續了一段時間,最後我給前台打了電話。幾分鐘后,經理過來解決了這個問題。我非常感謝他在那麼晚的時候能如此高效處理問題!做得很好!

基於對品牌的信任,我們選擇 Hilton 住宿5個晚上,作為探險有"貴婦"美名之稱的Adelaide 城的起點。住宿的第一晚,熱水淋浴管線有狀況,溫度無法提升,亦無法穩定供應,經反映前檯,服務人員細心耐心為我們更換房間解決問題,旅人疲憊的心情才一掃而空。很感謝Hilton所有服務人員的辛勞,你們的態度和承諾,更增添我們對Hilton的信賴。

真的很失望。在這個酒店易手之前,我們來這裏住過很多次。我們經過了長途飛行,然後拜訪了養老院的親戚,我們希望吃一頓好吃的飯菜然後可以上床看看新聞和環法自行車賽!!然而花了38美元停車,吃了一頓價格過高的菜,而且還沒有電視。如果你想看新聞,你有四個選項要自己去看,而且下一步選項沒有本地天氣。看電影要付費,然後沒有其他可看的。四種不同類型的茶包各兩包,一種並不免費的餅乾,而且還有一堆需要付費的東西。同樣的價格,我們會在小別墅或小公寓住得好得多。我們絕不會再來住了,也不會向任何人推薦這裏。

I appreciate your honest feedback. Our hotel has not changed hands however I apologise that you feel that the standard in some areas is not what you expected. We do have free to air channels on our guest TV's and I apologise if this was not clear. Due to our location we do have limited space for parking and we therefore rely on local car parks to enable us to offer valet parking service to our guests. I apologise if this did not suit you.

I do hope you will allow us the opportunity of welcoming you back again in the future for a more positive experience.

這個酒店的工作人員很好,很專業。但與漢道夫的酒店相比較,這裡有個缺點就是沒有熱水和電力不好。酒店周圍有很多很棒的餐廳,酒店旁邊還有一個超市。

Thank you for your comments. I am pleased you were happy with the service provided. We do have a great team and I am happy you found them to be professional. We did have an unexpected maintenance issue which resulted in no hot water for a limited time and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are certainly fortunate to be in the hub of Victoria Square with the Adelaide Central Market,Chinatown and plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the hotel.
