However I am sincerely apologetic that this friendly service to which the hotel is usually known for, was lacking during this stay. As a premium economy hotel, our aim is to offer comfort at the best price which does mean some services such as Room Service or Minibar are not offered. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us.

We are in the perfect spot to do some exploring around the CBD, however if you feel like staying in house our Chef serves a fantastic traditional Butter Chicken too in ibis Kitchen on Level One that comes highly recommended.

I have passed this onto our Maintenance Manager, as this certainly shouldn't be the case. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed our large, floor to ceiling windows and hopefully the beautiful view.
