10月10日同酒店熟客朋友入住,我哋三個家庭玩得非常開心,好彩天氣尚未非常凍仲可以享受到酒店泳池,泳池真係好適合一家大細,非常舒適。
酒店房間有一個大浴池,小朋友可以係入面浸浴好開呢~
另外要讚一讚front desk staff Austin, Vivian, Vianne, Juergen 同 Marina Kitchen staff Carmen。佢哋非常細心去解答我哋嘅問題。
有機會要再同小朋友再去玩。

已經是第二次入住,酒店環境很好,由於只有6層,完全沒有了市區的壓迫感,房間亦寬躺,打掃非常乾淨,浴室亦設有大浴缸
早餐不過不失,選擇亦算多
酒店員工親切,泳池亦有多名員工看顧,當然在下午泳池一定比較多住客使用泳池,但泳池面積也很大,感覺不是十分擠擁

中秋節長假期,我哋一家四口選擇去呢間酒店住一晚。等緊登記入住嘅時候,職員好有禮貌地招呼我哋,排緊隊嘅時候已比出邊嘅戶外泳池吸引。由於疫情關係,泳池有人數限制,但係咁樣嘅安排令到人流少啲,小朋友玩得好開心。欣賞早餐分三個時段,唔洗咁擠迫。

所有嘅員工都好有禮貌同埋對酒店所有嘅設施知識都好充足。

酒店對疫情嘅安排都好好,有機會會再去。

全家都好期待的Staycation, 酒店裝修美觀, 充滿時代感, 大堂充滿怡人香氣, 很喜歡這個香味。3點Check in時,有一條人龍,全部counter已經開晒,等待時間有點長(我之前住其他萬豪酒店,Check in時,都是要等一段時間,因為Check in時,staff詳細介紹酒店,為小朋友安排得很妥當)。酒店也安排了一些椅子給有需要人仕坐。

Juergen 為我Check in,他很有禮貌和細心, 詳盡解釋酒店各項設施及餐廳的位置及開放時候。 我們之前要求了加bb床 ,他看到我的小朋友高度, 就就知道bb床不適合她用,他提議我們改用床欄。多謝Juergen 細心安排,作為一間親子酒店,初步印像很好。

我們急不及待衝上房間, 再衝去玩水。酒店共有3個泳池,上午11至12點清潔,開放時間到晚上9點。下午5點時, 要排隊入泳池,應該有人數限制,入泳池前,要登記房號,人數及探熱。 雖然要排隊, 但是,不是等得太長時間。

我們訂了M Club房間,晚上到貴賓室享用晚餐,貴賓室晚上分了三輪用餐,我們選擇了最後一輪,7點至8點,排隊入坐。我真心要讚賞1樓貴賓室所有staff,可能假期關係,人實在太多,眼見他們忙過不停,他們不斷執枱,refill,解決各位人客要求。特別要多謝Phoenix及早餐負責煎蛋這位叔叔。

今次是慶祝生日,晚上酒店送來了一個蛋糕,好好味。

海洋公園作為香港人的公園,疫情下的確很掛念園內的動物。當公布再開園,需不至於第一下就要去,遇上長假期也第三次入住海洋公園酒店方便入園。可能很多人也持同樣心態,酒店人山人海,入住人數比往年復活節及暑假還要多,人多問題亦都複雜了。酒店應該都等客人等了好久了,對客人都非常容忍同照顧。今次照舊book套房,酒店亦自動於房內安置了空氣清新機。為免會遇上check-in人潮,泊好車下午4:30先check-in,結果仍然要等到5:30先有房。第一日泳池勁爆、餐廳勁爆。第二天情況有改善。房間對着海洋公園的入口,全日入園人數不多。今次入住感覺比起之前幾次稍遜,並不是酒店服務不好,只不過太多住客,早上吃早餐等乘電梯都要等很久,真係take away 上房食會開心啲。係貴賓廊聽到很多住客對員工訴說不滿,問心嗰句真係人太多的問題,只希望疫情快快過去,大家唔好一齊去逼,應該玩得開心啲。入住的時候記得問酒店設施開放時間,疫情下改得複雜,還有可以考慮吓餐廳外賣上房,不用迫勁滿座的buffet。
