如果你要参觀環球影城或水族館,這地點很好。我們的兒子喜歡遊戲室。早餐也不錯。酒店的配置昇級並不是自動的,而是在我們辦理入住手續時給我們提供的。我們非常享受在這裏的住宿時光。我們建議從USJ到酒店的最後一班車從9:30推遲到晚上10點,因為那裡是晚上9點開始夜遊,那才是最棒的部分。

舒適及景觀很好的酒店,客房很新而且舒適空間感在大阪來說已算很大。景觀不錯。但是交通不太方便,需要坐計程車

I truly appreciate your valuable comments. Our hotel is located in the bay area with amazing view of the overlooking Osaka Bay or the city skyline. As to provide comfortable access to the city for our guests, we have a complimentary shuttle bus service to JR Osaka Station.

酒店地處比較偏的位置。大堂有活動室,停車也很方便。酒店房間比較舊,廁所有味道,大床很小,枕頭睡覺不舒服,床板很硬。

我們在這住的很開心,儘管離大阪中心有些距離。擺渡車每30分鐘一班,非常便利,步行大概5分鐘的距離有一個火車站。員工非常熱情友好,樂於助人且隨和。房間寬敞,床非常舒適。我們喜歡凱悅品牌,這裏絕對是我們更難忘的住宿之一。

俱樂部休息室最近重新裝修過,但我還是更喜歡大堂休息室的服務。俱樂部休息室的登記入住和退房服務都挺不錯。房間需要裝修,穿梭巴士也不夠大,可容納的乘客不多。

我們在這家旅館住了2個晚上,有梅田站的免費班車。酒店大廳非常好,休息室有食物可供選擇,對早餐和晚餐而言很好。房間里的地毯不是很乾凈,看上去也很舊。我們用俱樂部入住率訂了房間,但是系統沒有很快更新信息。我們去吃飯時,俱樂部工作人員拒絕我們進去。澄清之後,酒店經理在退房時向我們道歉。即便對這次體驗感到有點難過,但我們也為專業的服務和對客戶的關心感到高興。
