Thank you for your visit and for your positive feedback concerning our services. We were very concerned with the missing watch. As our security and front office team talked with you, we went through all security cameras and anyone went into your room except our maid who is working for many years with use and we couldn´t find any clue proving the watch was stolen inside your room. We may say we have safe lockers which are perfect to keep all personal items secure.
We hope to have the opportunity welcoming you back in the near future and revert your impression.
