我們在太陽廣場的開普敦花園酒店住了四晚。我們是當天中午到達酒店併入住的,實際上比規定的入住時間提前了三個小時,但他們直接就給我們開了一個房間。真是太棒了!漂亮的遊泳池, 大大的乾淨的房間,很棒的自助早餐。唯一不好的地方就是無線網絡有限制,每天只有500兆, 除了這點之外這家酒店是一家很棒的酒店,我們真的很享受在這裏的住宿!

我想要藉此機會感謝Jhonny,他是夜間值班經理,他做了很多額外工作幫助我和我的家人。他讓我們得到好的住宿體驗,難以忘懷。但是早班的值班經理只會和我們擦身而過,不和我們打招呼,甚至連通知我們泳池關閉了也覺得很麻煩。但是Jhonny儘力幫我們安排了附近的泳池。如果早班經理也能像Jhonny一樣和客人如此互動那麼服務也就完美了。來自Cindy Krishnee Ramsamy 0842501016
