我們一家五口度假回來已經過去三周了,我兒子在感染了柯薩奇病毒之後,身體狀況依舊不太樂觀。我們度假回來后的兩個星期里,我不得不在家照顧和陪伴自己生病的孩子。事實已經如此,我只能說這並不是一個家庭友好型的度假酒店。如果帶小孩的話,我不推薦來這家酒店。遊泳池很不衛生,我兒子也是因此生的病。感染這種病毒后,會在手、口和腳上產生疼痛的水泡,使人難以行走和進食。我的孩子一直在哭,痛苦不堪。我希望管理部門注意一下遊泳池、兒童水上樂園和兒童俱樂部的清潔質量。

We thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. It is through communications of this nature that we are given an opportunity to assess and evaluate our performance, as well as to ensure that we maintain and deliver the level of service expected from our Hotel.

We are very concerned after having received your correspondence since our guests’ well-being is one of our top priorities, as well as maintaining a safe environment, which requires constant work of all our employees during the daily operation of the hotel. As we said while you were still on site, we are very sorry to know that your baby were sick and we sincerely hope she has fully recovery. It’s important to address that, we have an internal Quality Control Coordinator to ensure all Hygiene & Sanitary procedures are being met according to the company policies, which on a frequent basis audits our hotels in all Hygiene and Sanitary procedures.

We lament so much this unfortunate situation affected your family and once again we sincerely hope that your son had a fully recovery. For us, there is nothing that would make us feel better that to be given the opportunity to welcome you once again and be able to show you our commitment to excellent customer service and to our guests' satisfaction as our top priority.

蓬塔卡納是個超棒的旅行目的地,這裏的人們都很友善,總是微笑着,還很樂於助人,這裏非常安全,沒有任何危險。我整體打了個平均分是因為這家酒店的房間很棒但是食物很一般,甚至我們中有的工作人員吃了食物以後還上吐下瀉。除了食物以外,酒店和工作人員都很棒!這裏的沙灘很臟,到處都是海草,我一次都沒去過!希望關於這一點,他們能做到更好。

We are very happy to know that we have been part of a beautiful memory about your experience in The Dominican Republic and that our facilities, rooms and safety have made your stay a pleasant one.

Please allow us to inform you that our guests’ well-being is one of our top priorities. However and as you may know, in different occasions, certain risks are involved when travelling to the tropics, there are various factors that may contribute to illness, such as climate, temperature variation, combination of food and beverages, excessive sun exposure, personal reactions. It is important to address that we have an internal Quality Control Coordinator to ensure all Hygiene & Sanitary procedures are being met according to the company policies, which on a frequent basis audits our hotels in all Hygiene and Sanitary procedures. We can assure that our hotel is a safe and disease free complex; since we follow a very strict hygiene program and constant monitoring of all standards of quality in our Hotel having been recognized by Cristal America Consulting.

We are sorry for the inconveniences with the seaweed, for your information and tranquility, our beach is clean every early morning; although we cannot avoid the presence of seaweed at all time, we tried to maintain the quality and own beauty of our beach, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and be able to provide you the most

辦理入住手續的時候,感覺服務不太好,你在這邊排隊都至少要排2到3個小時。這邊的房間服務也需要收費,但是食物的質量卻不好,所以我們在這邊住幾乎是餓了六天,我們知道自己可以離開的時候,感覺非常的激動,這樣就能夠回家吃到很好吃的東西了,這邊的食物選擇完全不適合素食主義者,而且酒店大部分的員工都不會說英語,我們給他們要求了六次服務,然後他們都沒有理會我們。這邊的浴室裏面也有一股味道,感覺不太好聞,我們晚上的時候都不想去洗澡了。這邊餐館預訂並不是非常的方便,而且就算你去餐館裏面吃的東西,你也會覺得那邊的食物沒有什麼好吃的。酒店不會免費的提供WIFI。我們非常不推薦大家來這家酒店住。我們在這邊住的時候是三個家庭一起過來,一共有四個小孩,但是我們所有人都感覺在這邊的體驗很糟糕,非常的失望。

我們喜歡去這個度假勝地。我們對一切都很滿意。沒有抱怨,我們去過6次。工作人員很友好。房間保持整潔。整個度假村很乾凈,有很多娛樂和購物場所。
