Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We are pleased you enjoyed your suite, but we apologize you were not completely satisfied. None of our rooms at the DoubleTree Tinton Falls have balconies, and we do have microwaves available upon request. Also, every room has blackout curtains. Sometimes they are pulled back behind the decorative curtains. If we had known this was an issue, we would have been happy to show you where they were. You'll be happy to know that we plan on upgrading our rooms with to include extra outlets and USB ports. Lastly, our outdoor pool is seasonal and is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
