I am sorry you feel we handled this situation incorrectly. The policy at our hotel is that we are non-smoking, and upon arrival all guests sign a registration card letting them know of this, and consequences to such policies if they are violated. We do have pictures of the room you stayed in as proof of the infraction, and so we feel the action we took was appropriate .
